3. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance by RV POWER GROUP LIMITED.
• Payment terms: 30% deposit with order, 70% before shipment for standard orders. Custom orders may require different terms.
• Accepted payment methods: T/T (wire transfer), L/C (for orders over $10,000).
• Lead times vary by product: standard items 1-2 weeks, custom items 4-8 weeks.

3. Intellectual Property

4. Warranty & Returns

• All RV POWER underwater connectors carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of shipment.
• Warranty claims must be supported by photos/test reports showing the defect. Return shipping for warranty evaluation is prepaid by the buyer.
• Custom-manufactured products (non-standard configurations) are non-returnable unless defective.
• Improper installation, use beyond rated specifications, or physical damage voids the warranty.

5. Limitation of Liability

RV POWER GROUP LIMITED's total liability arising from any claim related to products purchased through this Site shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Technical Specifications & Usage

• Depth ratings (e.g., 7,000m) are based on laboratory hydrostatic testing under controlled conditions.
• Actual field performance depends on proper installation, mating cycles, environmental conditions, and maintenance.
• Users are responsible for ensuring connectors are used within their specified electrical, mechanical, and environmental limits.
