Standard RV Power Group connector operating temperature range:

• Storage temperature: -40 deg C to +70 deg C
• Operating temperature (seawater): -5 deg C to +55 deg C
• Cable assembly operating temperature: Dependent on cable jacket; standard polyurethane: -20 deg C to +50 deg C

For Arctic deployments (water temperatures as low as -2 deg C), we recommend:

• Low-temperature NBR or EPDM O-rings (rated to -40 deg C)
• Low-temperature polyurethane cable jacket (remains flexible to -30 deg C)
• Titanium shell for reduced thermal expansion mismatch

For high-temperature applications (hydrothermal vent research, hot wellhead environments), custom Viton O-rings and high-temperature potting compounds are available for up to +100 deg C continuous service. Contact [email protected] for temperature-critical applications.
