With respect to any such goods provided by RV POWER in connection herewith, if a User uses such goods for purposes that do not meet the relevant specifications and/or other requirements set forth in the User's purchase order and expressly accepted by RV POWER, the User shall indemnify and hold RV POWER harmless from and against any and all claims for damages arising from injury (whether fatal or non-fatal) to any person or damage to any person's property caused by such use by any person.

Unless otherwise expressly stated by RV POWER: (a) any technical advice provided by RV POWER regarding the use of goods supplied to a User shall be provided free of charge; (b) RV POWER shall have no obligation or liability with respect to any such advice or any results arising from the adoption of such advice; and (c) the User shall be solely responsible for the selection and specification of goods suitable for specific end uses.
